We deal exclusively with family owned businesses, with the understanding that this implies being open to multigenerational family businesses.
We understand that a family business, for a variety of reasons, could collapse and present a hole within the ShofarPartners™ consortium. However, we believe this is more resilient than the organizational or large corporate structure. Families are inclined to support other families in difficult situations. Organizations will not find that same support in difficult situations, especially when it is viewed as self-inflicted.
